Not yet. Right now we ship exclusively within the United States. Once your order is dispatched, it typically arrives in 5 to 8 business days.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window. If your frames aren't delivering the comfort or fit you need, reach out to returns@adaptdew.com and we'll make it right.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Total delivery time combines our standard processing window (1-3 days) with carrier transit times, which typically range from 5 to 8 business days for US addresses.

How do I make a purchase?

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an instant confirmation email containing your order number and summary right after checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to make a change, email us immediately at orders@adaptdew.com within 2 hours of ordering, and we will do our best to catch it before dispatch.
Can I change my billing address after placing my order?
Since billing addresses are tied to your secure payment verification, they cannot be modified once an order goes through. As long as your shipping destination is correct, your fulfillment won't be affected.
